Local Content — Law no. 2024-045

Enacted on 18 December 2024, Law no. 2024-045 sets out local content obligations for operators active in Mauritania. Its implementation is monitored by the National Local Content Secretariat under the authority of the Prime Minister's Office.

Capacity audits, certification support and progressive integration of SMEs into supply chains.

Digital monitoring of local content indicators and production of periodic reports expected by authorities.
